- 2 pounds chicken wings
- caramel sauce cooled
- 2-4 inches ginger peeled and sliced
- 6 cloves garlic peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks lemon grass sliced
- 2 kifer lime leaves
- 4 shallots thinly sliced

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a heavy saute pan, frying pan or dutch oven.

Step 2Bring mixture to a boil, simmer 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender

Step 3Every 10 minutes or so, stir the mixture over the wings to coat
