Ingredients
- NUOC CHAM
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 - limes juiced
- 2 tablespoons water
- THE CHICKEN
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- VERMICELLI AND VEGGIES
- 8 ounces vermicelli
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 large cucumber peeled seeded and sliced
- - chopped cilantro for garnish
How To Make vermicelli with chicken and nuoc cham

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the Nuoc Cham together and set aside. Cook the vermicelli in boiling salted water add the bean sprouts at the last minute of cooking. Drain and run cold water over noodles and set aside.

Step 2For the chicken Mix the fish sauce, garlic and oil together. Add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Place a skillet over high heat. Get it hot. Add the chicken mixture and reduce the heat to medium high and cook until the chicken is done.

Step 3Place the vermicelli and bean sprout mixture in a bowl. Place the cucumber along side the vermicelli.Place the chicken along the vermicelli. Pour the Nuoc Cham over the top. Serve garnished with cilantro
