Another chicken recipe, my family loves chicken.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces vermicelli noodles
  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make vermicelli chicken

  • Step 1
    Place cooked and drained noodles in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cut chicken into bit sized pieces and lay on top of noodles. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, vegetables and shredded cheese. Spread on top of chicken. Sprinkle parmesan over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, until chicken is cooked.
