How to Make Valley Fresh Chicken Pita Sandwich
- 1Cut pita bread in half to make pita pockets.
- 2Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Add chicken, bacon, and cheese.
- 3If preferred, lightly toast pitas in a small non-stick fry pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place tomato slices in each pita pocket. Fill pita pockets with chicken mixture.
