10 ozcanned chicken, drained
2 slicebacon, crisp fried and crumbled
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
1 largetomato, sliced
How to Make Valley Fresh Chicken Pita Sandwich
- Cut pita bread in half to make pita pockets.
- Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Add chicken, bacon, and cheese.
- If preferred, lightly toast pitas in a small non-stick fry pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place tomato slices in each pita pocket. Fill pita pockets with chicken mixture.
