How to Make Valley Fresh Chicken Pita Sandwich
1Cut pita bread in half to make pita pockets.
2Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Add chicken, bacon, and cheese.
3If preferred, lightly toast pitas in a small non-stick fry pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place tomato slices in each pita pocket. Fill pita pockets with chicken mixture.
