This dish,was tested by my family, and I was shown how to make this dish. Its called uno pronounced: uww no.

One day my family and I had a very nice missionary couple stay with us over night and The Pastors wife showed me how to make this dish, its a Phillipine dish and I really enjoyed it,I hope you do to.:)

How to Make Uno.

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray Pam cooking spray on the grill or use 2 tea spoon of veg.oil to skillet.
  2. Grill or Skillet all ingredience at med.heat until well cooked and add soy sauce and let simmer. Mix all ingredience together on Grill or in Skillet (which ever you prefer)
  3. Taste better with la-choy soy sauce.

    This dish is extra good served with Rice on the side.
