Ingredients
- 6 - chicken drumsticks, no skin
- 6 - chicken breast halves, no skins
- 3 1/2 cups ice water
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- dash cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
How To Make unfried chicken

Step 1oven to 400 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with PAM. Put chicken into a large bowl with the ice water and set aside. Toss remaining except yogurt in ziplock bag and shake well. Remove 2 pieces of chicken, roll in yogurt, put in bag, seal and shake until well coated. Put on cookie sheet and repeat with remaining chicken. Spray lightly with spray. Put on bottom shelf of the oven and bake 1 hour, turning every 20 min to allow browning.
