I found this on the Kraft recipe site and it has become a real family fave. It's definitely not waist-line friendly, but oooooo so good. Extra sauce and pasta on the side is awesome...

Ingredients
- 4 small chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 8 ounce packages cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 4 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup italian cheese, shredded
How To Make tuscan chicken simmer

Step 1Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med-high heat. Add chicken;cover chicken with lid. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165°). Remove chicken from skillet;keep warm.

Step 2Reduce heat to medium. Add cream cheese, water, pesto, and tomatoes to skillet. Cook uncovered 2 minutes or until sauce is creamy and smooth.

Step 3Return chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
