Turkey Spice Up
If you don't care for spicy,omit the cayenne.
- 1 cup chicken broth 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 c hot sauce
- 1 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 3 t. worcestershire sauce
Pour marinade into ziplock bag add poultry. Place in refrigerator overnight.
Inject small amounts into turkey or chicken throughout meaty portions several hours before being cooked. Return poultry to refrigerator to allow flavors to transfer and any excess flavoring to drip out.
Pat dry. Cook your way,bake,fry,BBQ,etc.
