1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 jarmushrooms, drained

1 1/2 tspminced garlic

1 cchicken broth

3/4 cbaby spinach, chopped

1/2 cwhite quinoa

1 cturkey or chicken breast, already cooked

1/2 tspground rosemary

1/2 tspsmoked paprika

1/2 tspAdobo powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make turkey or chicken spinach mushroom quinoa skillet

1Add olive oil, mushrooms, and garlic to a skillet and saute until heated through.

2Add chicken broth, spinach, and quinoa. After it begins to boil, lower heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.

3Cut turkey or chicken into bite-size pieces.

4Sprinkle the chicken or turkey with ground rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and Adobo powder.

5Remove lid of skillet and add the turkey or chicken. Gently stir into quinoa mixture.

6Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes longer or until the turkey or chicken is warm and quinoa is done.
