Cut turkey strips into one inch pieces.
Combine buttermilk, canola oil, peppercorns, garlic cloves, poultry seasoning, Tony's, accent, sea salt, maple syrup, and paprika into a freezer bag. Squish everything around. Place Turkey strips in freezer bag and marinate overnight.
Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, together in a shallow bowl.
Drain excess marinade off the turkey in a colander. Dip in the flour mixture. Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees. Place floured turkey strips in the hot oil and fry 4 - 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
