These are so good sweet and a bit sticky. Goes great with your favorite Thai dipping sauce. You can substitute ground tumeric if you wanted to.

Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/4 cup cilantro stems chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated turmeric
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- CHICKEN
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into strips
How To Make tumeric grilled chicken skewers

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and add the chicken strips. Let marinate at least 4 hours.

Step 2Get your grille hot. Skewer the chicken onto skewers. Discard the remaining marinade and cook the chicken until no longer pink. Serve immediately.
