  • 4
    chicken thighs bone in skin removed
  • 1 large
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    black truffle salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    black truffle butter melted

How to Make Trufled Chicken Thighs


  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x9 Pan.
    In a shallow dish mix the egg Worcestershire and Dijon mustard
    In another shallow dish mix the Panko, Parmesan cheese and Black Truffle Salt
  2. Dredge the chicken in the mustard mixture then the Panko mixture.
    Place in baking pan.
    Drizzle the melted Truffle butter over the top.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
