Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken thighs bone in skin removed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons black truffle salt
  • 2 tablespoons black truffle butter melted

How To Make trufled chicken thighs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x9 Pan. In a shallow dish mix the egg Worcestershire and Dijon mustard In another shallow dish mix the Panko, Parmesan cheese and Black Truffle Salt
  • Step 2
    Dredge the chicken in the mustard mixture then the Panko mixture. Place in baking pan. Drizzle the melted Truffle butter over the top.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 35 minutes.
