Trufled Chicken Thighs
4chicken thighs bone in skin removed
1/4 cdijon mustard
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 cpanko breadcrumbs
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
2 tspblack truffle salt
2 Tbspblack truffle butter melted
How to Make Trufled Chicken Thighs
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x9 Pan.
In a shallow dish mix the egg Worcestershire and Dijon mustard
In another shallow dish mix the Panko, Parmesan cheese and Black Truffle Salt
- Dredge the chicken in the mustard mixture then the Panko mixture.
Place in baking pan.
Drizzle the melted Truffle butter over the top.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
