- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons black truffle salt
- 2 tablespoons black truffle butter melted
How To Make trufled chicken thighs

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x9 Pan. In a shallow dish mix the egg Worcestershire and Dijon mustard In another shallow dish mix the Panko, Parmesan cheese and Black Truffle Salt

Step 2Dredge the chicken in the mustard mixture then the Panko mixture. Place in baking pan. Drizzle the melted Truffle butter over the top.

Step 3Bake for 35 minutes.
