Ingredients For truffle chicken thighs with mushroom sauce

4 lgchicken thighs

0black truffle salt

2 Tbspwhite truffle oil, divided

8 ozcremini mushrooms, sliced

1 Tbspfresh thyme leaves

1/2 cmarsala wine

1 cchicken stock
-
1/2 cshredded black truffle cheese or Parmesan
How To Make truffle chicken thighs with mushroom sauce

1Place 1 Tbsp of the oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with the truffle salt. Place in the pan skin side down. Cook about 6 minutes, then turn and cook about 4 minutes. Move to a plate.

2Add the other 1 Tbsp of oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and thyme. Cook about 4 minutes.

3Pour in the wine and bring to a boil, scrape up any bits, then add the chicken stock.

4Continue to cook until the thighs' juices run clear. Add more stock if needed.

5Top with the black truffle cheese when serving.
