Ingredients
- 4 large chicken thighs
- 0 - black truffle salt
- 2 tablespoons white truffle oil, divided
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup shredded black truffle cheese or Parmesan
How To Make truffle chicken thighs with mushroom sauce

Step 1Place 1 Tbsp of the oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with the truffle salt. Place in the pan skin side down. Cook about 6 minutes, then turn and cook about 4 minutes. Move to a plate.

Step 2Add the other 1 Tbsp of oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and thyme. Cook about 4 minutes.

Step 3Pour in the wine and bring to a boil, scrape up any bits, then add the chicken stock.

Step 4Continue to cook until the thighs' juices run clear. Add more stock if needed.

Step 5Top with the black truffle cheese when serving.
