Tomato Asiago Fettuccine & Italian Chicken Sausage
2 can(s)15 oz. ea. diced tomatoes with oregano, basil and garlic, no salt added
1/4 cbutter, unsalted
1/2 tspmrs. dash tomato and basil
1 tspblack pepper
16 ozpackage fettuccine noodles
12 ozasiago cheese, grated
5italian chicken sausage links

How to Make Tomato Asiago Fettuccine & Italian Chicken Sausage
- Put sausage links in skillet with the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and about 1 c. of water, Mrs. Dash tomato and basil, sugar and black pepper. Gently simmer for about 20-30 min. till sausage is done. Add more water if needed. Once done, remove sausage. You will want a juicy sauce, so if you need to add a little water go ahead. Your pasta will soak up some of the liquid.
- Garnish with chopped flat leaf Italian parsley.
