How to Make Tomato Asiago Fettuccine & Italian Chicken Sausage

  • 1Put sausage links in skillet with the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and about 1 c. of water, Mrs. Dash tomato and basil, sugar and black pepper. Gently simmer for about 20-30 min. till sausage is done. Add more water if needed. Once done, remove sausage. You will want a juicy sauce, so if you need to add a little water go ahead. Your pasta will soak up some of the liquid.
  • 2Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and place in skillet with tomatoes, add 1/4 c of butter and Asiago. Heat for a few minutes longer, stirring to mix together pasta and sauce.
