My cousin Tina gave us this recipe. It's one of my favorite chicken casseroles.

deboned cooked chicken
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
chicken broth
1 tsp
chili powder
4 tsp
minced onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
black pepper
2 c
grated cheese
family size bag of tostitos white corn chips

How to Make Tina's Chicken Casserole


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • 2Debone and dice one cooked chicken. you can cook your own or use a rotisserie chicken.
  • 3In 4 qt pot mix together soups, chicken broth and seasonings. simmer until soups are smooth
  • 4Line bottom and sides of casserole dish with tostitos white corn chips, layer chicken soup blend, cheese and more chips until all ingredients are used ending with chips and then cheese on top.
  • 5Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted
