This is a jumping off recipe. You can use what ever cut of meat or type of meat you wish. I used boneless county pork ribs. Chicken breast will be good too. Just the right amount of heat but you are in control. I had a few jalapenos I was going to add but I forgot. Add onion green or yellow onion. Hey, it's your supper. Make it the way you want.
1slice pork or chicken in thin slices or dice pork or chicken in smallish pieces
2Dredge in cornstarch brown in oil. Remove meat and pour out nay remaining oil. Mix the sauce ingredients and put in the pan and scrap the browned good bit of the pan frond. Return meat and sliced bok choy. Cover and cook until meat is done.
