i create a sixteenth recipe of tiger sauce creation:this roasted chicken recipe with be season with tiger sauce,stuffed with jalapenos and banana peppers inside the skin,it great with a side of mac and cheese,potatoes au gratin and side salad

Ingredients For tiger roasted chicken?

    water
  • 1 c
    margarine,divided
  • 1 1/2 c
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 1
    (3 pound) whole chicken,giblets removed
  • 5
    jalapenos,sliced
  • 1
    banana pepper,sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt/black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    honey mustard
  • 1
    packet italian dressing mix

How To Make tiger roasted chicken?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Add water,1/2 cup tiger sauce and 1/2 cup margarine in a roasting pan.

    Stuff sliced jalapenos and banana peppers under the chicken skin.Spread remaining margarine all over the chicken,season with sea salt/black pepper,creole seasoning and cumin.

    Place the chicken in a prepared roasting pan.Bake uncovered for 1 hour..

    In a small bowl,whisk whipped cream cheese,honey mustard,italian dressing mix and remaining tiger sauce together until blended.

    Take the chicken out of the oven.Spread tiger sauce mixture all over the chicken and baste with chicken drippings.Cover with aluminum foil.

    Return to the oven for 30 minutes.Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
