Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 teaspoons ground basil, divided
- 16 ounces dry angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 pound Polish sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
- 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
- 3 medium carrot, chopped
- 1 medium purple onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground marjoram
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make triple sausage casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and blue cheese and 2 teaspoons ground basil; mix well.

Step 3Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausages and cook and saute on both sides for 5 minutes until browned.

Step 5Stir in chopped carrots, diced purple onion and creole seasoning and cook again for 2 minutes. Reduce to low heat.

Step 6In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, ground sage, cumin, marjoram, thyme, seasoned pepper and remaining ground basil. Whisk together for 4 minutes until blended and smooth.

Step 7Add cooked angel hair pasta and spiced cream sauce over sausage mixture in the saucepan and stir together until combined. Remove from heat.

Step 8Pour into a prepared baking dish evenly. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs and shredded Monterey jack cheese.

Step 9Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
