2Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add
pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;
3In a large skillet over medium-high heat,cook sausages
in oil until browned on both sides,5 minutes.
4In a large bowl,combine angel hair pasta,sausages,
carrots,red onion,blue cheese,soup,oregano,parsley and
pepper.Mix well.Pour into 9x13 baking dish.Sprinkle with bread crumbs and top with shredded cheese.
5Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more,until top is golden.
