This has been a family favorite from my mom. The reason for the title is she lost her recipe years ago and would just say we are having you know...That Chicken lol She also made the amounts pretty much out of her head and you can adjust to your taste too. A little salt and pepper could be used as well. Cooked Carrots go well with this plate as well. This plate always make people think you spent all day on this..when in fact its quick and easy =)

Ingredients
- 8 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1-2 teaspoon thyme, leaves or thyme dried
- 1-2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
How To Make that chicken

Step 1Brown chicken in butter and olive oil set aside for a minute

Step 2add corn starch to chicken broth mix well pour over chicken in pan on medium heat.

Step 3Add heavy whipping cream and thyme cook till thickens. ( If using wine You can add any time really)

Step 4serve over mashed potatoes or rice
