This came from a dear family friend, she called is Scalloped Turkey/Chicken. I call it Thanksgiving in One I think you'll understand why when you make it!! :)

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 c
    left over cooked chicken
  • ·
    or
  • 1
    cooked chicken in pieces (2 leg/thigh and 2 breast/wing)
  • DRESSING

  • 1 1/2 qt
    dry bread cubes
  • 1/2 c
    butter - softened
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sage
  • 1/4 c
    cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion - chopped
  • GRAVY

  • 1 qt
    chicken broth
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    water

How to Make Thanksgiving In One

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cooked chicken in bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix together the dressing ingredients and spread over the chicken in pan.
  3. Mix gravy ingredients and cook until slightly thickened and pour over the chicken and dressing in the pan.
  4. Bake in 350 degree over for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
