Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken
- 1/2 cup each sweet soy sauce, and saki
- 1/4 cup brown sugar and oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 packages oriental or chicken ramen noodles
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup each sake and bottled thai sweet chili
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 bunch scallions chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
How To Make thai sweet chili ramen with char siu chicken

Step 1Chop the chicken into bite size pieces. Mix the next six ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces and let marinated 2 hours.

Step 2In large pot add a little oil and saute the scallions and onion for 2 minutes. Add the water, seasoning packets from ramen packages, sake, fish sauce, Thai sweet chili, and ginger paste. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile place the chicken with the marinade in a non stick pan. Cook until chicken begins to cook and sauce is thickened. Remove from heat. Add to the ramen water. Bring back to a boil and add noodles. Cook for 4 minutes. Serve
