Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
- 6 ounces rice sticks
- 6 ounces broccoli florets
- 1 bunch scallions thinly chopped
- 2 large eggs beaten
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make thai stir fried noodle (pad see ew)

Step 1Cook rice sticks according to directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

Step 3Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add the chicken and cook until it changes color add the broccoli and green onions. Cook until softened. Make a well in center and add the eggs cook one minute. Add the noodles and sauce. Cook until warmed through. Serve topped with cilantro for garnish
