  • 6 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 stalks lemongrass chopped
  • 2 limes zested and juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 5 birds eye chilies chopped or 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 24 chicken wings
  • cilantro for garnish

How To Make thai coconut grilled chicken wings

  • Step 1
    Mix the coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, lemongrass, limes, and chilies together. Add the chicken wings and let marinate 24 hours.
  • Step 2
    Remove the wings from the marinate and discard the marinate and grill until done. Serve garnished with cilantro
