- 1 can coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons fish sauce
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 stalks lemongrass chopped
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 5 birds eye chilies chopped or 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 24 chicken wings
- cilantro for garnish

Step 1Mix the coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, lemongrass, limes, and chilies together. Add the chicken wings and let marinate 24 hours.

Step 2Remove the wings from the marinate and discard the marinate and grill until done. Serve garnished with cilantro
