Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons each fish sauce and oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
How To Make thai chicken thighs

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except chicken thighs. Add the chicken thighs and rub the marinade all over the thighs.

Step 2Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken on a parchment lined baking pan. Scrape all the marinate out of the bowl and dab on the chicken

Step 4Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
