Thai Basil Chicken

My family loves how crispy the thigh skin turns out!! Yummers!!
Ingredients

2 Tbspfish sauce (anchovey based)

2 Tbsplight soy sauce

2 Tbsplow fat yogurt
-
1 largelemon, juice and add zest

3 clovegarlic, crushed

3 Tbspfresh basil, or 1 teaspoon dry

2 tsphot red pepper flakes
-
1 tspground ginger
-
3 lbschicken thighs, skin on
How to Make Thai Basil Chicken
- Mix all ingredients very well in a zip lock bag.
Add chicken thighs, marinade 2-3 hrs in fridge!
Preheat oven 375, bake for 55 mins. skin side up in a glass pyrex!
