- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 1/2 cups picante sauce or thick and chunky salsa
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
How To Make texas two-step chicken picante

Step 1Place chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.

Step 2Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with hot cooked rice if desired.
