We love to take our motor home and go to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas! Right on the Mexican border. That's where this recipe came from. It's easy for the motor home cook!

3 pounds chicken pieces, breasts or mixed
16 ounces jar of salsa
2 - 3 tablespoons creole mustard
2 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar

How To Make texas twister chicken

Step 1

Arrange chicken in baking dish. Mix salsa, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear from largest piece when pierced with fork. Serve over rice.
