Ingredients

  • 3 to 8
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Texas Barbecued Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a crockpot. Add chicken , coating all sides with sauce.
  2. Cook on high for three to four hours. When chicken is completely cooked, remove and cu into bite sized pieces or shred. Put back into crockpot and stir into sauce.
  3. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
    Serve over rolls or on rice or mashed potatoes.
