Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons red miso
- 3 tablespoons sake brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
How To Make teriyaki miso sauce chicken thighs

Step 1Mix all ingredients together for the sauce and place the chicken skin side up in the sauce and place in the fridge overnight.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken skin side in a baking pan. Brush the marinade over the top of the chicken and cover with foil.

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake 15 more minutes. Turn again and bake another 10 minutes.
