Ingredients For teriyaki miso sauce chicken thighs

  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 6 Tbsp
    red miso
  • 3 Tbsp
    sake brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    grated ginger

How To Make teriyaki miso sauce chicken thighs

    Mix all ingredients together for the sauce and place the chicken skin side up in the sauce and place in the fridge overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken skin side in a baking pan. Brush the marinade over the top of the chicken and cover with foil.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake 15 more minutes. Turn again and bake another 10 minutes.
