- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- 2 stalks scallions cut on the bias
- 1 cup each mirin, sugar, dark soy sauce
How To Make teriyaki chicken thighs

Step 1In a small saucepan add the Mirin, sugar, and dark soy sauce and heat until sugar has dissolved. Let cool

Step 2Place the chicken in a container and pour the sauce over the chicken, Let marinate 1 hour to overnight.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes until juices are clear. Garnish with scallions
