Ingredients
- TERIYAKI MARINADE
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- BOWL
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 4 cups cooked sushi rice
- 2 green parts of scallion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
- Kewpie mayo
- sweet chili sauce
- furikake
How To Make teriyaki chicken sushi bowl

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the marinade together. Cut the chicken into cubes. Place the chicken in the marinade and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Step 2Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a pan. Cook, brushing with the marinade, about 6 to 10 minutes.

Step 3Place 1 cup of sushi rice onto each plate. Top with the chicken, scallion, cucumber, mayo, sweet chili sauce, and furikake.
