    cold water
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 12
    skinless chicken thighs

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken


  1. In a saucepan, on low, combine all but chicken. Simmer until sauce thickens & bubbles.
  2. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13.
  3. Brush chicken with sauce.
  4. Bake at 425' for 30 minutes. (brush with more sauce every 10 minutes)
  5. Turn pieces over & bake 30 more minutes. (brush with more sauce every 10 minutes)
  6. Chicken is done when no longer pink.
