Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 - skinless chicken thighs
How To Make teriyaki chicken

Step 1In a saucepan, on low, combine all but chicken. Simmer until sauce thickens & bubbles.

Step 2Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13.

Step 3Brush chicken with sauce.

Step 4Bake at 425' for 30 minutes. (brush with more sauce every 10 minutes)

Step 5Turn pieces over & bake 30 more minutes. (brush with more sauce every 10 minutes)

Step 6Chicken is done when no longer pink.
