I had left over chicken breast that I used for this so that it didnot go to waste.OMG,It was delicious!I almost felt like I went out to eat.

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast,cubed like
  • 1/2 c
    teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    16 oz. frozen broccoli,carrots,water chestnuts,and red peppers
  • ·
    hot cooked rice

How to Make Teriyaki chichen stir-fry

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Heat over medium-high heat.Add chicken,stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.Heat to boiling,stirring constantly;reduce heat.Cover and simmer about 6 minutes .Serve with rice.
