  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    lime juice, freshley squeezed
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1
    jalapejo pepper, seeded and monced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

How to Make Tequlia Lime Chicken a la Chip


  1. Combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper in a zippered plastic bag. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the mix. Seal and refrigerate overnight or at at least 8 hours.
  3. Cook chicken on a hot grill until browned, about 15-20 minutes. You could also sear chicken in a pan and finish off in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.
