Tequlia Lime Chicken a la Chip
1/2 clime juice, freshley squeezed
1/2 corange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tspchili powder
1jalapejo pepper, seeded and monced
2 clovegarlic, minced
1 tspkosher salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
4chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
How to Make Tequlia Lime Chicken a la Chip
- Combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper in a zippered plastic bag. Mix well.
- Add chicken breasts to the mix. Seal and refrigerate overnight or at at least 8 hours.
- Cook chicken on a hot grill until browned, about 15-20 minutes. You could also sear chicken in a pan and finish off in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.
