How to Make Tender Garlic Chicken & Rice
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken wings and lay them on a cooking board in a single layer. Season both sides with Adobo powder, garlic powder, black peppeer, thyme, and paprika.
2Place in 9x11 rectangular baking dish, single layer, skin side up. Add butter, garlic, and water. Place in oven and let bake 45 minutes (or 60 depending on your oven).
3Prepare white rice as you normally would. When done, move to a larger pot. Add salt & pepper, to taste. Add remaining butter, and the parsley. Stir until butter is completely melted.
4Either add chicken wings to the rice and stir together (chicken wings should be very tender and fall apart) or lay the chicken on top of the rice if you prefer. Serve while hot.
