Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- 2 pounds whole chicken wings
- 2-3 pinches adobo powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2-3 pinches paprika
- 2-3 pinches thyme, dried
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 pinches black pepper
- 2-3 pinches garlic powder
- 3 cups water
- 2-3 pinches parsley flakes
How To Make tender garlic chicken & rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken wings and lay them on a cooking board in a single layer. Season both sides with Adobo powder, garlic powder, black peppeer, thyme, and paprika.

Step 2Place in 9x11 rectangular baking dish, single layer, skin side up. Add butter, garlic, and water. Place in oven and let bake 45 minutes (or 60 depending on your oven).

Step 3Prepare white rice as you normally would. When done, move to a larger pot. Add salt & pepper, to taste. Add remaining butter, and the parsley. Stir until butter is completely melted.

Step 4Either add chicken wings to the rice and stir together (chicken wings should be very tender and fall apart) or lay the chicken on top of the rice if you prefer. Serve while hot.
