Most of the ingredients are seasonings so don't be alarmed at the number of ingredients. You can also cook the chicken in a slow cooker for 4 hours for chicken that will fall right off the bone.

How To Make
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken wings and lay them on a cooking board in a single layer. Season both sides with Adobo powder, garlic powder, black peppeer, thyme, and paprika.
Place in 9x11 rectangular baking dish, single layer, skin side up. Add butter, garlic, and water. Place in oven and let bake 45 minutes (or 60 depending on your oven).
Prepare white rice as you normally would. When done, move to a larger pot. Add salt & pepper, to taste. Add remaining butter, and the parsley. Stir until butter is completely melted.
Either add chicken wings to the rice and stir together (chicken wings should be very tender and fall apart) or lay the chicken on top of the rice if you prefer. Serve while hot.
