This is a family favorite. And a lot of fun to sit around the table filling your lettuce leaf. I just wish I could think of something other than mei-fun to add the crunch. And I wish I could think of a cracker substitute to make it an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 - chile peppers, dry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices ginger root, minced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 2 - scallions, sliced
- 1 - lettuce head, seperated into leaves
- - mei fun (mei-fun is a chinese rice noodle)
How To Make ten flavored chicken

Step 1Slice Chicken into bite size pieces.

Step 2Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and seseme oil.

Step 3cook mei-fun in heated oil, set aside to drain.

Step 4Heat oil in wok.

Step 5Add chili peppers and cook until black. (You might want to open the windows.)

Step 6Add garlic and ginger to oil.

Step 7Cook 15-20 seconds.

Step 8Add sliced chicken breast.

Step 9Add remaining ingredients (except lettuce) and stir well.

Step 10Cook until chicken is done.

Step 11To eat, fill lettuce leaf with layer of Mei-fun, add shredded chicken and roll up.
