My grandaughter love teriyaki chicken with fried rice. She orders it everytime we go somewhere so maybe if I cook it at home she will order something else. Found this in the splenda cookbook

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
cold water
1/2 c
splenda
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1 clove
garlic minced
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
black pepper

boneless chicken breast

How to Make TASTY SPLENDA TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cornstarch cold water, splenda,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic,ginger and pepper. Simmer stirring frequently until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  • 2preheat oven to 425 degrees
    Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9by13 inch baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pieces over and brush again.
  • 3Bake in the oven for 15 minutes turn pieces and bake another 15 minutes until no longer pink. (WHILE BAKING YOU WILL BRUSH WITH SAUCE EVERY 5 MINUTES). (COOKING TIMES MAY BE DIFFERENT DOING TO THE SIZE OF THE BREAST)
