Tasty Italian Chicken

This in my opinion didn't taste too much like Italian Chicken, cause of the paprika. Enjoy!
Ingredients

1/2 cchopped onion

1 1/8 tsppaprika, divided

3 tspolive oil, divided

1 1/4 cwater
-
1/4 ctomato paste
-
1bay leaf
-
1/2 tspchicken bouillon granules
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/4 call-purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tspgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspdried oregano
-
1 1/2 lbchicken tenderloins (i cut them up, you can do what you choose)
How to Make Tasty Italian Chicken
- In a small saucepan, saute onion and 1/8 teaspoon paprika in 1 teaspoon oil till tender. Stir in the water, tomato paste, bay leaf, bouillon and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a large resealable bag, combine flour, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, oregano and remaining paprika. Add chicken; seal bag and toss to coat.
- In a large non-stick skillet, coated with cooking spray, cook half the chicken in 1 tsp. oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or till no longer pink. I served over spaghetti noodles
