Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings, separated and tips discarded
- water
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- juice of 1/2 lime
- parsley, for garnish
How To Make tangy chicken wings

Step 1Place chicken wings in a bowl and cover with water. Mix in the baking soda and let sit 10 minutes. Drain and dry, than season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add the butter to a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the wings. Cook with lid on for 10 more minutes.

Step 3Garnish with parsley.
