I found this recipe on a bottle of Heinz 57 sauce, which was on the table, while waiting for this chicken in a restaurant. So I tried it at home and it was the exact dish. Unbelievable. This is quick to fix and very good.

Ingredients
- 2 - 21/2 pounds chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heinz 57 sauce
- 1/2 cup water (i use white wine)
How To Make tangy chicken

Step 1Brown chicken pieces in butter (I add a little olive oil to the pan also). Drain fat (I don't).

Step 2Combine the Heinz 57 sauce with the water or wine and mix up good.

Step 3Pour over the chicken, cover and simmer about 40 to 45 minutes til done. After half of the time I turn the chicken pieces over.

Step 4Remove cover and simmer additional 10 minutes.
