Ingredients

  • 6 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, paprika, turmeric, & garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon each yellow & red food coloring. optional
  • 1 lemon juiced

How To Make tandoori chicken

  • Step 1
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove most of the marinate before cooking.
  • Step 2
    Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
