This is my own creation, I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does... never any leftovers.. and it makes a bunch!

Ingredients
- 1 - chicken
- 2 jars bertolli alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - green bell pepper=chopped
- 2 - jalepeno peppers=chopped
- 1 - large onion=chopped
- 1 package stuffing mix=dry
- 2 cans mushroom pieces
- 3/4 package penne pasta=cooked
- 1 package shredded pepper jack cheese
- - ground pepper to taste
How To Make tammy's chicken casserole

Step 1I cook the whole chicken overnight in a crock pot on low, in the morning I let it cool, then seperate and bone it.. I use 1/2 the chicken in the casserole.. and save 1/2 for another time.

Step 2Place water on to boil for the penne pasta.. place chicken in large mixing bowl. melt butter in skillet and add onion and peppers and saute till tender.

Step 3mix all with the chicken except use only 1/2 the cheese, save 1/2 for top. place mixture in 9x13 glass casserole dish, and top with cheese bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. ENJOY!
