Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon each shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, black vinegar and brown sugar
- 1 small leek white parts only washed well and mincec
- 7 ounces rice noodles
- fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make taiwanese chicken and noodles

Step 1mix the wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil together in a bowl. Add the chicken and set aside.

Step 2Mix the fish sauce, black vinegar, and brown sugar together and set aside.

Step 3Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Step 4place a bamboo steamer over boiling water and place the chicken in the steamer and steam for about 5 minutes. Until chicken is done. Remove chicken and slice.

Step 5add 4 tbsp of the steaming liquid to the fish sauce mixture. Pour the fish sauce mixture over the noodles.

Step 6Place the noodles in the bottom of a bowl. Top with some of the chopped leek. Then the chicken and garnish with cilantro
