Ingredients

  • 4 quarts chicken stock or water
  • 3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, chopped
  • 2 pounds mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 3 cans black beans, seasoned, canned
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned diced, with green chiles
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix, spicy or mild
  • - colby jack cheese
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make taco soup

  • Step 1
    Mix first six ingredients and let simmer for an hour
  • Step 2
    Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
