Swiss Chicken Quiche
It's so quick and easy and I'm sure your taste buds will be asking for seconds also.

19 inch pie shell, unbaked
1 cswiss cheese, grated
1 Tbspchicken bouillon granules
2 ccooked and cubed chicken breast
3eggs, well beaten
1/4 cfinely chopped onion
2 Tbspchopped green pepper
2 Tbspchopped pimento (optional)
How to Make Swiss Chicken Quiche
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes (quick shell) Remove from oven and set aside.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl, toss cheese, flour and bouillon; Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake 40-45 minutes until pie is set.
- I also use monterey jack/cheddar mix and I use 1 1/2-2 cups cheese instead of 1 cup.
