Ingredients

  • 8 - chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 cups herb stuffing mix, crushed

How To Make swiss chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in dish and top with a slice of cheese.
  • Step 3
    Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken.
  • Step 4
    Melt butter, add stuffing and toss to coat. Sprinkle over chicken and soup mixture.
  • Step 5
    Cover and bake 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 20-30 minutes longer until golden brown.
