  • ·
    2-3 lbs of chicken wings
  • ·
    flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • ·
    canola oil

  • ·
    1 can coca-cola
  • ·
    1/2 cup ketchup
  • ·
    1/4 cup franks hot sauce
  • ·
    1-2 pats of butter

How to Make Sweet & Spicy Wings


  1. Heat oil in a large pot on the stove top or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Clean wings and roll in flour. Fry for about 10-12 minutes. Drain excess oil off on paper towels.
  2. In a separate pot add sauce ingredients and simmer while wisking until ketchup has thinned out.
  3. Toss wings and sauce in a bowl then serve with ranch or bleu cheese. (Sauce will thicken on wings).
