My family tried this recipe and enjoyed it very much. It has the right amount of sweet/spicy to it. I served with pitas on the side. Even my 2 year old daughter liked it!

Ingredients

  • ·
    3 chicken breasts; cubed
  • ·
    2 tbsp oil
  • ·
    2 tbsp butter
  • ·
    3 garlic cloves; minced
  • ·
    1/4 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1/8 tsp red pepper flake
  • ·
    1 tsp ground ginger
  • ·
    1 tsp cumin
  • ·
    1 cup mango; chunk
  • ·
    1 medium onion; chopped
  • ·
    1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute chicken in butter and oil. Add onion and garlic and finish saute until chicken is done and onions are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 more minutes on low heat covered. Serve with rice. (you can add a little chicken stock if you prefer it saucy).
