- 12 - chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups franks hot sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
How To Make sweet & spicy cajun wings

Step 1Mix the Cajun seasoning and baking powder together. Rub the seasoning over the chicken wings. Lay the wings in a single layer on pan and leave uncovered in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Step 2Preheat oven 450 degrees. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile mix the ingredients for the sauce together in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and let simmer until reduce by 1/3.

Step 4Toss the wings in the sauce and serve with extra sauce on the side.
