- 1 pound skinless/boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil ( any)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 stalks scallions, cut

Step 1in a bowl combines all spices.

Step 2add the chicken, whole, sliced or cubed, combine well

Step 3brown in a pan with the butter & oil... add the garlic & water, simmer 15 mins add the scallions.
